Everyone is welcome to attend the Parish Council meetings. Meetings are usually held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at Preston Brook Village Hall, Sandy Lane, Preston Brook, Runcorn, Cheshire, WA7 3AW.
If you have any special requirements please contact the Council prior to the meeting.
Please note, members of the public wishing to address the Council must advise either the Proper Officer or Chairman of the meeting before 10:00 on the day specifying the representations to be made. Permission to speak at the meeting will be at the discretion of the Chairman. All participants are restricted to a maximum of three minutes.
If members of the public wish to ask the Council questions, please note that the Council may not be able to answer the question if the council has not considered or resolved the question on an agenda item at a prior meeting. Should this be the case, the Council will advise correspondence with the Proper Officer to request the item be discussed at a future parish council meeting.
If the question is considered outside the remit of Preston Brook Parish Council, residents will be referred to Halton Borough Council or the appropriate body.
